      Lazy monster providing opportunities to those who look for them

      Pros

      Big company with plenty of clients in different areas. It's possible to apply your skills and expertise and to develop yourself through the hard- and soft-skills courses the company provides to its employees for free.

      Cons

      Once you become a key employee in one line of business / technology sector, it can be really hard to try something else inside the company as your management tends to tight you to the domain you are proficient in. Also, due to big size of the company, it is sometimes sluggish and the communication can be really slow.

      A good place to learn and grow; flexibility of not being stuck in a rigid role and having the inside step within the company.

      Cons

      Necessity to adjust schedule to reach other locations in multiple time zones.

      Pros

      stable, friendly, good Moscow office location, good compensation package, could be good trampline to US, London etc. (if you consider relocation)

      Cons

      stuffy at Summer, weak comps (but OK for performing job), no lunches. Its better to work for direct employeer.
