      1) Hot projects 2) Friendly and proficient team 3) Independence in solving tasks 4) Comfortable working schedule 5) Medical insurance 6) Competent salary

      Cons

      1) People management is on the low level. 2) If there is coffee in the kitchen, there's neither milk nor sugar, or vice verse. If you get all of them together, you were definitely born under a lucky star. 3) Working on VMs makes me wanna kill myself sloooooowly. 4) More support and maintenance then real development.

      Atmosphere ok projects not so much

      Pros

      They were paying well at that time. Plenty of projects so you can easily change if it is necessary. Most of the projects are for financial clients so it is a good place to get some experience in that field.

      Cons

      Most of the projects are maintenance. This is a contracting job. Bonuses are low.
