      Pros

      The program was a good idea in theory as we got to learn a lot about the company and technologies used there. 48 people laid off while around 5-6 got projects.

      Cons

      0 feedback, managers never contact you, when you ask them to give you feedback they ignore you, some people got projects while some were left with 0 contact from the company doing udemy classes for the whole 8 hours of working time.

      - Good Salary - Standard Benefits - Medical, Sport Card, Paid vacations, etc. - Paid Certifications - Paid Learning platform is a good plus - Udemy business

      Cons

      - No stocks - No Bonuses - dev code roles (software engineer, lead ...) - Support for growing so-so (if you want to try a different role, it is not so straight forward) - In the last year I saw many firing happening which is worrying
