      Pros

      - the people working here are great; - managers tend to be friendly and fight for salary increases / find you new projects if you ended up on bench; - they allow you full-remote work;

      Cons

      Due to recent recession in IT: - there have been quite few projects lately and because of that you might end up on whatever project is still available rather than one that actually fits you - the projects you do find seem now to be on a limited period, like 6 months, rather than undetermined (so job stability is not great right now); - our salaries have frozen for the past 1-2 years;

      Pros

      Everything depends in what kind of project you are and what is your specialty. If you are a developer you will always be good. However, there is less demand for BAs, PMs and etc., so if your project ends there will be difficulties the company to find you a new one. There are projects where work-life balance is great, but there are ones where it is horrible. Salaries are relatively OK. Colleagues are great.

      It is an outsourcing company, so everything depends in what kind of project you are and what is your specialty.
