Pros
Nice place to get exposed to working in large projects for famous clients. Salary is ok, depending on experience, seniority, and self-confidence.
Cons
Kind of stingy, in all sorts of ways. When the COVID-19 restrictions loosened up and similar-sized companies were organising team-building events in the physical world (in open spaces, offering lunch etc), Luxoft simply organised...virtual puzzle-nights! Even more important, there is NO yearly salary adjustment to counteract the inflation. This has to be pursued individually, in contrast to other companies that offer this to every employ regardless of the negotiated raise.
