Nice company but all depends on project

* Good development process * Lot's off interesting projects. Even if you started on something boring, you can later make a rotation to something inspiring! * Good health coverage program and some other perks like free studying courses to be chosen yearly

Cons

* No free lunches comparing to many other companies in Moscow * No often team building events * Very small relocation package if you decide to work for Luxoft outside Russia

Atmosphere ok projects not so much

Pros

They were paying well at that time. Plenty of projects so you can easily change if it is necessary. Most of the projects are for financial clients so it is a good place to get some experience in that field.

Cons

Most of the projects are maintenance. This is a contracting job. Bonuses are low.
