      Pros

      Good salaries, accountant support, a lot of previously recorded educational webinars and classes.

      Cons

      Kyiv office was not that good inside. Nor was the management.

      - professional recruitment - fast interview process

      Cons

      - a lot of wasted time (sitting on bench, a company loses a lot of contracts with clients) - impossible to work on one project for a long time - in automotive industry mainly maintenence
