      Pros

      Luxoft has been quite a comfortable place to work at. It has an established corporate culture, adequate work/life balance, high behavioral standards and has good reputation on the market.

      Pros

      The pay low salaries, but at least they do not pay late.

      Cons

      They make you work extra unpaid hours from an already low base pay with the promise of "growth opportunities" that never arrive, and they do not even give you annual rises covering for inflation . They do not have very stable clients and the business outlook does not looks promising, I am searching for a new job before they lay off us in 6 months from now.
