I've been working at Luxoft for 10 years and I'm happy to work and grow here. I'm glad to work together with high professional team. For all these years I see lots of improvements and how company try to inspire and motivate employees. I was able to change positions, teams and even location within Luxoft. I think I couldn't get such various experience in any other company.

Cons

Luxoft is a service provider company. And from one side you have to adjust to the client but from another side you have lots of different opportunities within one company.
