Pros

Hiring across the world. Paying relocation without travel, only for Senior role.

Cons

No fix client, no project. Firing employer in 3 months and 2 months of bench. No proper onboarding, no HR discusses. Not providing clear understanding of project and client interview process. Advance hire is not good as they do not have project in hand
