Pros

Ridiculously easy and good work life balance because they can't figure out priorities or initiatives that last for more than 5 minutes

Cons

- Led by total imbeciles - The entire company makes fun of the CEO during town hall, not at all motivational and laughable - layoff after layoff after layoff after layoff...... - cut total comp in half after joining - major issues coming to them given the incompetent sh*t show running the sinking ship - toxic culture - benefits and comp are a joke compared to legitimate tech companies - management is on a serious power trip
