Cons

- there are fewer benefits since new CEO started working - almost impossible to change the position to a higher level - mentorship program doesn't lead to a change in your position - monotonous tasks

Pros

Good benefits and people but the company is a far cry from what it once was. Better tech opportunities out there without the constant threat of layoffs that are now the norm at Lyft.

Cons

Layoffs, constant reorgs, stock compensation continually loses value
