Pros

Pay and benefits were decent.

Cons

Working environment was extremely toxic. OL never came to work. SOA was frequently rude and disrespectful. Disorganization was seen a humorous. Teams were staffed with a skeleton crew. No effort was made to bring structure and stability to the workplace.
