Pros

.. On the other hand it can resolve immediate cash problems, provide a source of self reliant income in your schedule and develops a passive income if your wise in your ⛽ mileage limits. Sitting down so many hours can cause pressure on your sit bone and stagnancy or lack of limb movement.. and you earn more with a 6 person SUV or luxury vehicle with high paying clients...

Cons

Rates started out good then went lower, really not making the $200 mark per 8hr shift for the am of unit of gas invested.... It take minimum 12.50$ per day to make half in a mid size SUV making it a 75$ approx per week to gas my vehicle making. It a 300$ investment in gas minimum. And reduction in mileage of the car. Safety can get better and verified better. Visual if the client should be mandatory.... Some passengers don't have a picture.....which is alarming especially at 🌃 night and even during the day. Beware of men that request vehicles with female names.... Not trustworthy.

Pros

Work-life balance. I’ve never seen people show up at 10 AM and leave at 3 PM daily.

Cons

Pay is under market rate. They like to compensate with shares over giving you market rate salary. Leadership is extremely confused within Marketing. Erratic decision making by the CMO and the managers who report into him are willing to throw you under the bus to keep him happy. I have never experienced blatant sexism in the workplace. If you’re a man, you’ll be ok here. Highly political environment. They will tell you they want to work together and progress the business, but if you want to make actual change- be careful. There’s no internal process and little interest to establish it. Leaves employees guessing. I’ve never worked at a company that was so siloed in terms of work priorities and communicate. No cross-collaboration and no one cares to make an effort. Biggest advice - stay away. CEO with an identify crisis and his leadership is even more lost.
