Pros

Great co-workers and solid brand.

Cons

Lots of re-org over the last year. Priorities constantly changing. It is hard to focus and not be anxious with layoffs.

Pros

Work when you want and for how many hours you want.

Cons

Taxes are not taken out. So be prepared to pay $3000-$7000 to the IRS at the end of the year. This also goes for maintenance, gas and the wear and tear of your vehicle.
