Lyft is a horrible paying company, I am an immigrant so cannot get a lot of jobs so I drive for Lyft . The pay per Lyft is uncalled for , for example many times I will get Lyft calls that do not pay $3.00! A gallon of gas is 3.00 !! And then most people that use Lyft do not even tip so I drive 30min for $3.00….. my suggestion is you go work at McDonalds you will make more money and not destroy your vehicle in the process. LOW PAY 💰 LOW PAY 💰 LOW PAY 💰

The general culture is being supportive and lend a hand when needed. Interesting and complex challenges along with tenure from many team members give a lot of learning opportunities. Payment and benefits are above average for the region.

Cons

Lots of shifting priorities makes it hard to keep things stable and plan long term. It feels that everyone is always busy.
