Pros

You can make your own schedule or just hop on to the app at any time. You meet some interesting people, and most are friendly.

Cons

The pay is actually atrocious. The app keeps you right around the minimum pay over a given period, which here in California is currently $19.20 per hour. The company also figures in your tips to that minimum, making it impossible to grow your wages over time like you would if you actually owned your own business, like they claim you do here. That is before figuring in gas, car upkeep etc. You also end up losing about 15% of those wages to federal taxes and another 5% to state taxes. In the end, you make far less than minimum wage. It doesn't pay enough to keep up with bills and rent for most people. Bad, bad choice!!
