Pros

Some of the people I met.

Cons

OMG, there's just not enough time or space to list them all. The support structure for drivers is horrible. The pay rates are horrible, that's one reason they can sell that their cheaper than Uber. They, on paper say they care about safety and well being of their drivers...I promise you they do not. Their so called free lyft direct great. I had filled a dispute with lyft direct about 3 months ago, still no answer. Their support chat and staff are incredibly diificult to reach i filed a dispute with lyft direct over a $100 withdrawal over 3 months ago, have heard nothing from anyone. When I have tried to get an update numerous times, I have been talked down to, given the run around, even hung up on. I tried to talk to a manager or supervisor. That was one of the times I was hung up on.
