      Friendly co-workers and boss. You can bring your dog in the office with you. Working from home

      Have to work school schedule around work schedule. Sometimes can be difficult.

      Free catered lunch on weekdays, snacks, drinks.

      Cons

      When you are security, the Lyft employees treat you like you're a lesser employer. They don't really interact with you in the same way they would with their coworkers who make more money. Not all of them are like this, but I'd say ~40%.
