Pros

The people at Lyft are smart and hardworking. It’s easy to learn both technical and soft skills just by being there.

Cons

The roadmap changes frequently, and there can be a lot of red tape as processes are similar to those at much larger companies.

Pros

Great benefits, Free Lyft Pink membership, and you get to drive a bunch of different vehicles. You're off on weekends.

Cons

Company wants to employ as little staffing as possible without providing a remote option. Lyft also down-sizes without notice and then blames it on the company's inability to make target revenue. Also, the co-founders unexpectedly leaving the company does show a bad future outcome for the company.
