Pros

Big name, good tech, lovely local (Minsk site) management.

Cons

Lyft tries to be the "old good start-up", but in fact, it's a strict and streamlined corporation. They'll fire you in a day if your direct report wishes to. Lyft top management preferred to not see the humanitarian crisis in Belarus 2020 after the protests because of electoral fraud. There was no support, almost not a word. There was no way to escalate career-related conflicts. That leads you to be a hostage of your report, leading to stress, and depression.
