      First of all, I’m not the first one to admit very toxic workspace culture. It depends on the team you are part of, there are so many great people in Lyft, but still there are some team leads with no empathy who don’t know how to communicate with team members. If you work with this type of team leads, the management will back them up and they will just kick you off out of the team, being sure they did amazing job
