Pros

The salary is good because they're paying for your soul

Cons

I worked there when John Zimmer was leading. I experienced unclear job roles, apparent favoritism, and a lack of interest in the humanity of employees or drivers, which dramatically impacted team dynamics and my own well-being. My own manager left 5 days after I was hired and apologized for leaving me in this role. Recognizing and valuing the human aspect of drivers and employees could significantly enhance the company's reputation and workplace culture.

Pros

- Lyft credit was nice to have

Cons

Everything else horrible- management, work conditions, pay was extremely low, favoritism was apparent. We were overworked and extremely underpaid. There was alot of micro management. I would never recommend this company to anyway
