Great bonuses, great flexibility, easy money

Cons

Needs better driver assistance, when ding for possible safety violation the driver needs better protection from getting kicked off the platform for hearsay no proof, needs to make riders also accountable for problems caused or created, needs better flexibility for renting cars to drive lyft, priority hrs should be offered more than just once per week.
