Great benefits, even better if you get a salary.

Cons

If you aren't a salaried employee you are treated pretty poorly. Promotions aren't based off of performance, based off of if the managers like you. You can work really hard and get reviews that "exceed expectations" but if your manager feels threatened by you bc of your work ethic, they can stop you from moving up in the company. Low pay, not enough to pay your bills if you live in a big city
