- friendly and helpful engineering culture - good WLB except for ~2-3 weeks a year

Cons

- don't get the feeling that management will really advocate for you - doesn't feel like leadership understands the product or cares about eng - removed A LOT of in office perks like snacks/drinks despite pushing RTO
