      - Simple job, realistic expectations - Managers aren't constantly nitpicking you - Pay is decent for what it is

      Cons

      - Union, not much room for negotiation in pay, you just fall on the collective schedule - Not much room for advancement at the warehouse level, it kind of stays the same forever -Some roles were really boring
