Pros

They really are in tune with the human experience. They treat their employees well and management creates a positive work environment.

Cons

Salary vs hourly employee...the hourly employee can see how lax the hours are for some salaried employees. They don’t hold the Salaried employees to the same standards of accountability as the hourly.
