small company, mostly nice people, very casual, hires from within.

Cons

office jobs get very little training on the multiple programs being used, little patience, some of the senior team has a bad temper.

Pros

Lots of potential for upward and lateral mobility for employees. Good company that cares about its people. The annual (or semi-annual) bonuses are generous if the company is doing well. Average employee has been with the company for at least a few years. Many management and staff have been with Lynden, Inc. for over a decade, or two!

Cons

Corporate atmosphere is about average (cubicle-centric). Average age of employees is a little older it seems, not really a con though as many of them have been with the company for over a decade.
