- hybrid work negotiable - new leadership heading in the right direction, more decisions, more strategy, more clarity - good comprehensive benefits - ALWAYS an excellent, excellent mission, and always have teammates and staff who are trying to accomplish the mission to the best of their local ability and authority.

- unclear pay + promotion scales, hard to know how to advance or get clear answers - always some nonprofit chaos - lots too do, not always enough staff or training to adequately (or excellently) accomplish it
