      Pros

      Engineering manager has unrealistic expectations. Very strong opinions which while correct are not always relevent. He then talks over other s and is unwilling to listen to more relevent points. Not always willing to be honest with unpleseant details. Source code is poorly organized and information for new engineers is not well communicated.

      Pretty good equipment, fairly nice physical plant.

      A good group of internal people with very high level of skills who follow out of need for employment.

      Cons

      Executive management skills are not executive skills and reflected in business decline. Integrity is not a concern.
