      Good people, good benefits. 9-80 schedule.

      Very lean company post bankruptcy. Not enough people to do the work. Very poor promotion process.

      Pros

      The salary is ok with decent benefits. Support from fellow co-workers is great with the willingness to always lend a hand. Have not had any layoffs.

      Cons

      Management at superintendent level and above treat you like pond scum. They look at you as their inferior. Management is never responsible for their actions. Quick to fire, everyone afraid to lose their job if they make a mistake.
