There is really no cons , great company

Insanely clicky, if you are not in the "in" group, you will never advance. This is site level to corporate level. I've seen it all. Poor decision making, not able to see big picture. Too much overthinking and little action. Suffered through poor leadership only to get even worse leadership. Many years ago, it was an amazing place to work. You felt that you were cared for and appreciated. That is long gone. No one wants to listen to the real issues, instead they think they know everything and just keep doing things the way they were, when it isn't working. They preach psycholigical safety in their core compentencies, but sadly, it isn't a reality. If you are at a site, you are cared about even less. Corporate employees think they know everything. Look for more sites to close VERY soon, especially in the speciality powder areas.
