      this Company is run like a Criminal organization. If an supervisor is embezzling money in plant he has to paid every other management so you become part of the scam or you get fired. Upper management rotate so they take this scheme to every plant. they used ideas and education of interim to keep little money in the Plant and more money into the pockets of the criminal organization. This Company is like the Movie Goodfellas . when the mafia take over the bar in florida .
