Pros

Great people and collaboration at lower levels Base pay on the low side, variable pay could be high vs peers - although sobered in past years

Cons

CFO cannot be trusted, thinks extremely highly of himself (arrogant) and does not care about people development. Takes every opportunity to recruit friends externally. New CEO largely invisible to the organization, very different than prior CEO. Very high turnover due to lack of opportunities, favoritism and external hires.

Very US centric Window dressing on DE&I EU is short changed on bonus and shares compared to US Mediocre leaders

Many terminations “without cause”. Culture must be flexible to meet the needs of the current work population. Much to lean workforce.
