      Company is great. But site isn’t.

      Cons

      Site is run by people who have been there too long and operators who have gave never worked anywhere else so they don’t know that there are better ways to do things.

      No pros that I can think of.

      Cons

      They give you a workload that is unmanageable and micromanage you. They do not promote from within. Meetings all day with no time to work. They will sell you on the company and when you get there the environment is so toxic it’s hard to function. There is not a single person that is happy there and it’s a revolving door of departures. It’s very bureaucratic and departments and roles are constantly being changed. The company prides itself on cost-saving initiatives (employees even have to pay their own parking) while the CEO, senior management and board members fly on private planes.
