      Pros

      It pays the bills, Most at site are good to work with.

      Cons

      Management fearful of Jimmy boy and his followers. They won't make decisions for fear of the ax. Policies contradrict one another so it is a guessing game when trying to do what is right.

      lack of information sharing, lack of clear/concise direction, distinct difference in approach to managing internal and external resource which led to lack of integration of external resources, lack of direction on approved project work.

      Health Insurance and the Pay that’s about it.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership in management, toxic gossip culture, “it’s who you know not what you know” opportunities. Easy burnout due to overtime DUE to shortage of employees in units.
