      Pros

      Good pay if you are non-union. Lots of good co-workers.

      Cons

      Micromangement for hourly in mantenance crafts. No opportunities afforded to some due to percieved laziness of all hourly crafts.

      Pros

      At one point LYB was a great place to work but it now has the reputation as a "sweat shop" since Sr. Management changed the direction of the company. They Preach that they care about their employees and that there is an "open door policy" but that is a huge lie...The only "open door" is the one they walk you out of when you leave.

      Cons

      You must keep your mouth shut at all times...Not doing so will result in retaliation. Talented employees are being replaced with cheap contractors with no knowledge. Outsourcing is the direction and future of the company
