      Pros

      Awesome development opportunities. It's a lean company so you get the opportunity to work on big things that you might not otherwise be able to do in other companies. People are constantly moving between businesses and functions in order to grow and engage them. Also great training opportunities. First place I've worked where they mean what they say about safety.

      Cons

      Base salaries aren't fabulous but totally fine, and bonus payout the past few years has been fabulous so more than makes up for it.

      Smart people, hard working and focused. Lots of cost discipline ad the Senior management is very driven to make it the best

      Cons

      Lacks team work spirit and the middle management sucks! HR does not exist in the company - they spontaneously appear during hiring and firing.
