      Pros

      I really can't think of any about the experience itself, which honestly, is quite sad. However, the MSU campus barns were nice to see daily.

      Childish coworkers Backstabbing management bad home/work balance management doesn't care about employees, unles you're her pet.

      Pros

      Lyondellbasell had a great work environment and great people to work with. There are also a lot of sites in the Houston area with mobility options for those looking to stay local.

      Cons

      Frequent turnarounds at the refinery led to long hours. I have not other cons that I can think of at this time.

      Pros

      Working at a smaller site opens up opportunities for younger employees. The site has a family atmosphere in which everyone knows one another.

      Cons

      Site has split levels of experience between the newer engineers and the more experienced. It will get interesting once employees begin to retire how the gap is closed.
