      Pros

      -A lot of training so you really feel like an investment. -This year a lot of capital projects are happening so I expect a lot of growth from this company and a lot of learning opportunity for its employees -Enjoyable environment -As an intern, received a surprising amount of face time with upper management like VPs

      Cons

      None, but I heard of interns that didn't receive a lot of projects at certain sites or didn't have good mentors. However, every company has its lemons. My mentor was very good and my coworkers thought similarly of their mentors.

      Pros

      The people you are surrounded by are really down to earth and good guys/girls. Definitely look out for each other and a good team environment. The site I'm currently at is very clean one of the best I've ever been in. The benefits are ok there not too bad good 401k,pension, medical dental and etc is not too bad either.

      Cons

      Pay the pay could be alittle higher but it's not too bad there is acouple people out there that pay more but with more pay comes other down falls. Really that's it other than pay its really not a bad place at all so far so good.

      Pros

      Safety record is why I need to be among lyondellBase employee.I have been in construction more than have my life seen mistake after mistakes take place while other companies turn there back's.

      Cons

      Environmental changes in these times are so important to me the health and safety of employees in surrounding areas schools students animals and good old mother nature the trees flowers and bushes..
