      Pros

      Great benefits, very good salaries, flex-time, relaxed working environment.

      Cons

      Some positions are being filled from within the company, usually those employees rotate to different areas and they don't have the credentials/ skills to take that new role and assume responsibilities, very scary!

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities for training. Very safe workplace. I was given lots of responsibility without anyone looking over my shoulder. Great people.

      Cons

      You could tell the recent merger was changing the Lyondell way. Because it is a big company corporate HR managed the co-op program and was not as interested in your worth but rather just being able to fill the position with someone who is able to fill it.
