      like in all large companies: much hierarchy, slow processes, lot of internal politics. no clear career paths

      Pros

      Great company with the right mindset and strategy. Quite a high work ethic of employees and everyone is nice to each other. Convenient location.

      Cons

      Not known name except plastic industry. No clarity with career progress, many people are for years on their roles. A lot of engineers even in business functions - can be a minus for some people.
