      Pros

      Very competitive salary base, 401K, benefits, and insurance. High emphasis on safety, as well as operational efficiency. Strong community support.

      Cons

      Unwilling to upgrade or make repair to areas that would rectify and enhance systems' quality/integrity. Postpone agency regulated/mandated procedures as a convenience in lieu of proper planning.

      Pros

      Obviously it depends on the manager, but mine is not a micro manager and allows freedom in that regard. Depending on your area, they do have remote network access in case you need to work from home for an emergency.

      Cons

      Cancelled 9/80s, though they allow jeans on Friday now. No trust of employees from managers. Not well regarded the in community any longer following the bankruptcy.
