      Pros

      Pay, benefits and people. Great bonus and plenty of opportunities to learn new things and if you desire you can write your own paycheck

      Cons

      Hours!! To much over time, also seems like people who move up are not deserving. Morale is low and people are over worked.

      Pros

      Pay has been increased to a very high level. Benefits are at a level with the rest fo the market.

      Cons

      Org chart is way too flat. There are minimal opportunities for E4 and E5 engineers to move up. Myself and my peers feel that we have jobs and not careers. There is minimal bench strength for most technical/management positions.

      Good pay, not as good as it used to be, but not bad....

      Cons

      Everything else. Benefits have been slashed over the years. Management seems to favor those who wear their brown noses with pride. You are appreciated by how well you keep your bosses looking good to their bosses instead of actually knowing how to do your job. They don't seem to care about their people.
