      Everybody I do mean everybody's moral is low

      Pros

      Pay is the only benefit.. but also they'll make you wait 6 months to give you a raise and then not give you back pay for it.. and now they're restructuring everything so everything's up in the air so it's just going downhill

      Cons

      I used to be happy now I walk around depressed all day even on the weekends because I know the weekend is going to be over soon.. and then I got to go back to that place where everybody is miserable nobody is happy.. we are gas lit all day long..

      Management consistently showed a lack of knowledge about the work being done, which made it difficult to feel supported There was little interest in employee advancement. Top leadership set a poor example and expectations were unclear. When mistakes were made, there was more blame than guidance.
