Pros
The pay is good, benefits also. No cap on sick time, but honestly, you'll need it because of being overworked and exhausted and stressed.
Cons
The technicians are extremely overworked. Often make mistakes because we are overworked and exhausted. One person per area when the workload requires at least 2 per area. Preaches safety but how can you when you're rushing just to get the work done. The lab technicians are often forgotten compared to the operators. No push back, because higher upsare trying to impress causing the techniciansyou take on more work on top of the heavy load. Also you will work with some lazy techs.
