Terrible work life balance, 60-80 hour work week is normal, frequent turnarounds. Management in the C suite acts as shills, they have the oratorical skills to influence gullible employees. Management tries to own and micromanage employees. Bare minimum benefits which are not even at par with other chemical companies.

Mistreatment, Deception and Lack of Integrity is very dominant with this company....Senior and middle management are incompetent and will blame you if a mistake is made because their lack of knowledge of the job or systems to provide resolution. Management will also take credit for your work. They do not care about the commitment an employee gives to the job, you are basically a number and treated as a slave. Do not expect any training at any level, you will have to get in and figure out the job for yourself (I'm sure this is a result of management lack of knowledge and the morale of the employees not working as team). Your co-workers/colleagues are afraid to share their knowledge because of the ranking system in place for the bonuses. This company culture is based on politics and is a very unhealthy working environment. There is no work/life balance and the individual contributors are miss treated, which results in a very high turnover. Be prepared to work very long hours at the office and as well as at home, which can equate to 12 to 15 hours a day. As far as the negative reviews on this website there is a reason all the "CONS" have similar statements. The negative culture is widespread throughout the company.
