      Pros

      The people you are surrounded by are really down to earth and good guys/girls. Definitely look out for each other and a good team environment. The site I'm currently at is very clean one of the best I've ever been in. The benefits are ok there not too bad good 401k,pension, medical dental and etc is not too bad either.

      Cons

      Pay the pay could be alittle higher but it's not too bad there is acouple people out there that pay more but with more pay comes other down falls. Really that's it other than pay its really not a bad place at all so far so good.

      Pros

      Good pay and good coworkers. Relaxed atmosphere. My job is challenging and interesting. My direct supervisor is supportive and enjoyable to work for.

      Cons

      Upper management cares only for THEIR bottom line. As long as they are getting their raises, bonuses and incentives, the company is on track. And cutting in to everyone else's pay to do it suits them just fine. It is a "if you don't like it, go somewhere else" attitude.

      Pros

      High paced, competitive market that will lead you to great success if goals are met. Very lucrative bonus structure, again if goals are met.

      Cons

      High paced, competitive market. The petrochemical space is a growing one, especially in the Gulf Coast area. Labor continues to be a struggle for all the expanding markets in the area.
