      Exciting company, so much potential

      Pros

      Such an exciting place if you're interested in recreating the hospitality space and having fun. No idea is a bad idea, you can learn from everyone around you, and we have a blast doing it. Management is really accessible and open to answering questions about whatever you may throw at them, willing to take your ideas and implement them too.

      Cons

      Lots of change, especially given the short term rental space! but we're figuring out how to differentiate ourselves, which is exciting

      Ambitious company, cool product, great people

      - Access to company leadership & understanding of strategy - Differentiated product - Fast-moving culture - Fun, hard-working people -- and without a "tech bro" vibe - Nice perks -- e.g. breakfast on Mondays, lunches on Wednesdays, happy hours on Fridays

      Cons

      - Direction changes quickly -- but that comes with the startup territory - Slower growth relative to other companies in the space
